Cabo`s Mexican Restaurant in Anaheim

Least me start that this was our 2nd time to this little "Diamond in the rough". The first time was about 5 years ago and the 2nd time just today. Food was awesome and our server was very attentive. As it was Tuesday it was $0.99 street tacos. These little Beastie's were so stuffed and come with 2 tortillas each it's like a 2 for 1 deal. Just a squeeze of lime and what a treat !!!!

They have great fish tacos and a super spicy sauce on the side. Chile de arbol.

Very family friendly

The staff was really nice. And I loved my shrimp cocktail and I'm really picky when it comes to my cocktail 😊 loved the chips and salsa too!

Did not meet my expectations from the reviews. Food was average and pricing is above average. In my opinion to expensive for the quality of food provided I've been to better restaurants that charge same price for food and they have. lot better quality food

The best fish tacos I have ever had anywhere. They are stuffed full and have plenty of fish. Service for us was prompt and accurate. Out non-drinker's water glass stayed full and my Pacifico was quickly replenished. The place itself is simple and clean. A great place to get some outstanding Mexican food.

Had Ensenada and California style fish tacos, tamales, and chile relleno and all were excellent, and at a great price. don't be deterred by the store Front appearance, it's great

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day. It was worth it the food was delicious! The chips and salsa that they bring out to the table is sooooo goood.

I think I have finally found a good Mexican food restaurant near Disneyland. I had a very good chile relleno plate with good beans and rice. The chips aren't too exciting but the salsa is good. They have beer on tap and you can get a pitcher for less than $10. They have table service and can accommodate to go orders. And there are lunch specials from 11-2.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here. So glad to have found a Mexican restaurant near where we stay for vacation.

I almost never give five stars because nobody is perfect. But I'd give 4 and a half If I could.I got the lunch special #3. ( 1 Enchilada + 1 hard shell taco ), comes with rice and beans which is pretty standard of course. I usually get carne asada street tacos, or chicken or whatever but I do like a crunchy taco every now and then. These guys make their own shell of course.It was REALLY good, the seasoning was great. I've been to literally hundreds of Mexican restaurants all over the country and about half of them are kind of bland. Especially when it comes to the rice. I'm not really a fan of rice, usually don't eat much of it. but it was really good here. I cleaned the whole plate. So long story short (too late, 😁) I really like it, very good. I will definitely come back. Prices are pretty reasonable too by the way. 👍👍👍

Really happy with this place. We came from out of town and we're looking for some good fish tacos. This place did not disappoint. Service was great and the margaritas were huge. Prices were good. Happy overall!

Fish tacos we're amazing. The shrimp cocktail was delicious. The #7 that my wife ordered (crunchy taco and 1 enchilada plate) was excellent. The michelada that I ordered was really really good. All in all this is probably our new Mexican food restaurant.

Please understand: Their Mexican food is quite good. Here's the stand-out: Their hard shell, shredded beef tacos are to die for! The shredded beef is tender and maximally seasoned to perfection, and they load it with a special grated-cheese / finely-shredded-lettuce combo to overflowing! This is flat out the best taco I have ever tasted.

Tacos are my favorite since growing up in the Southern California. This restaurant has a really good menu.

This place is a little gem. When you sit down they will bring chips and fresh salsa. There is a big screen TV that plays Sports and movies usually. They have really great California style fish tacos. They're on special Wednesdays after after 2 p.m. They also have other specials on other days which are great. The decor is original and eclectic and it's comfortable. Usually you'll find Juan waiting on you in the in the evening and he's really great. Anyone who likes good tasting food should check this out. Cabo's is conveniently located behind Chase Bank on the corner of Katella and Euclid not far from Disneyland

I had Cabo's over two years ago, and I still dream about it to this day. I can't wait to come back. I'm from NZ so our Mexican food isn't super authentic, so this place blew my mind - the fact that as soon as you sit down you get chips and fresh salsa (that's unheard of in NZ), it was so good, and so authentic!

Food was decent, the service was good. It's not the most modern place, but if your looking for a decent Mexican food with nice service, this is a good choice.

This reasturant is a seafood place and have no fish,they took over an hour to bring one of my plates and at the end charged me an extra plate after i told them they said no i checked reciped and i had to go back so they can give me my money back

Warm 7 mares cocktail 1st time 2nd time wet burrito was nasty the meat tasted reheated red sauce was canned it definitely was not cooked to order. Bad service I asked for a take out box for the burrito the lady said be right back never did had to ask a second time after 10 min elapsed. I gave more than half of that burrito to a homeless guy out front will not be coming back.

Great service, reasonably priced and not busy on a Friday night.
